Three new Enviro200s from Alexander Dennis have joined the 80-strong fleet operated by Gloucestershire-based Pulham & Sons.
In addition to its coach business, Pulham & Sons provides local services for schools, education centres and bus users across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
No less than 14 bus routes through the two counties are operated by Pulham & Sons, providing transport links between hamlets, villages, towns and cities.
“It is very easy to forget how varied the conurbations can be in this part of the world, ranging from historic cities such as Gloucester and Oxford to small towns and villages in very rural areas,” says Andy Pulham, managing director, Pulham & Sons.
“The advantages of the Enviro200, apart from its proven track record, are its versatility, manoeuvrability and performance in virtually any circumstances. Our three new vehicles are all 9.7m 34-seat models powered by Cummins ISBe engines and Allison transmissions, which is a winning combination.”
The three buses will operate on Route 606 between Chipping Campden and Cheltenham.
